About Us In today’s hectic world, paying attention to your skin care needs can be a challenge. Everyone has different skin types that require different skincare regimens. There are many different treatments available to help reverse sun damage and promote healthy looking skin. Knowing which treatments to choose is the key to successful skin health.
At Youthful Solutions, we offer quality medical skincare treatments from an experienced medical professional. An aesthetic nurse specialist will provide you with a thorough evaluation of your skin and will set up a personalized skin care program.

Primary Care Giver Profile: Johanna Fangmeyer, ARNP Johanna Fangmeyer, ARNP graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Nursing. She then was employed at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD and practiced surgical nursing for five years. She then returned to the University of Maryland and obtained a Master’s Degree in Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in December 2001.
Johanna is currently employed at the Center for Laser Surgery in Washington, DC and Rockville, MD since the Fall of 2001. She has gently performed hundreds of laser and medical aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, Botox and filler administration, Photofacials, laser tattoo removal and sclerotherapy. She is also certified in Botox Administration and Sclerotherapy. In addition, Johanna owns and operates Youthful Solutions in Frederick, MD where she offers medical cosmetic services to the residents of Frederick County and its surrounding areas. She has been offering theses latest state of the art therapies since December 2002.
Johanna Fangmeyer is committed to bringing her clients the best that aesthetic nursing has to offer.
